What to expect

Telephone interview

We think it's important to create the ideal match for your company, we would like to discuss over the phone your requirements and expectations and gain an understanding of your needs.


Now that we have gained an understanding of your company ethos and your needs, we will short list suitable candidates, send you their CV's to review and then arrange an interview day for you to meet the apprentices.

After the interview you can then decide on which apprentice you want to hire to join your team!

Company check

Once you have selected an apprentice, we would need to visit your organisation at a convenient time before the apprentice is placed with your organisation. Please note; all companies should have employers liability insurance and have the correct health and safety policy to hire staff.
