\nAre you involved with receiving money, reconciling
\nor setting up any form of reports or money collecting or money holding system,
\nbanking, etc?<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

\nFor example, if you are a cash till operator in
\nTesco, you will find that some part of the job has some of the items listed
\nabove, so you will need to think out of the box and identify the aspects of
\nyour current job that can be linked to accounting in anyway and write these in
\nline with accounts.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nFor example, collecting money from the customers on
\na till can easily be written as follows:<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nGiving customers their bills, receiving payments
\nfrom customers, making sure correct payments are made by the customers,
\noffering customers receipts and invoices, dealing with customers queries on
\ntheir bills etc.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nNotice I have not mentioned anything about the till
\nin the above paragraph. Why will you want to mention anything of such, when you
\nknow you are not looking for the next till job? If you are, then of course you
\nneed a different CV which will mention all of such.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

\nIn the above illustrated job, you will also see the
\nindividual may be involved in stocking the shelves. For such tasks, it should
\nbe written in line with stock taking, monitoring stock levels, ensuring
\nadequate stock supplies etc.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/a><\/div>\n
\nWith the above mentioned way of writing your duties
\nin line with accounts, you owe yourself the task of decoding your
\njob title<\/u><\/b> in line with your current job title. You will see that
\nif you have called yourself a cash till operator, the whole world knows what
\nthey do, so a potential employer will not need to read the job duties, as they
\nknow what it will entail and they are not looking for a cash till operator.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nIn decoding the job title, an example can simply be
\nfor a \u201cCleaner\u201d, you could consider a title such as \u201cHygiene Officer\u201d. I will
\nsuggest you look through your organisations job titles and search the internet
\nto find a title which may be decoded enough to arouse the attention of the
\npotential employer , but still be in line with your current role.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
